Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Order Processing Administrator to handle incoming orders, provide excellent support to customers, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our customer from order placement through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Provide product or service information and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Order Processing:
Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system.
Confirm order details, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines with customers.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, sales) to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Track and follow up on open orders and deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order logs.
Generate order confirmations, and delivery notes as required.
Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
Support general office tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or order processing/admin role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Sage X3
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
