Join the Regulatory Reporting Team to design intelligent solutions using machine learning for compliance excellence.


As a Data Product Development in Regulatory Reporting Team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of data lineage solutions and the project management of a data revalidation initiative. This project involves meticulous documentation review and the innovative use of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning tools to extract and map data dependencies from codebases. You will ensure transparent, accurate, and compliant data flows across our systems, aligning with global regulatory requirements and integrated with an evolving next generation data quality and automated testing framework.




Job responsibilities



Review and update existing data flow documents to reflect current data movements accurately Develop comprehensive data lineage diagrams illustrating data origins, transformations, and destinations Leverage Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning tools to automate the extraction of data dependencies from code repositories Implement machine learning models to identify patterns and anomalies in data flows Analyze codebases to trace data transformations and ensure consistency with documented data flows Collaborate with development teams to understand and document data processing logic Ensure all data lineage documentation meets regulatory standards and provides clear traceability from regulatory instructions through business specific interpretation to technical implementation Prepare reports and evidence for regulatory audits and compliance checks Work closely with data architects, engineers, and compliance officers to gather requirements and validate data flows Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of data lineage practices and tools



Required qualifications, capabilities and skills



In depth understanding of Regulatory Reporting environment Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python Experience with metadata management and data cataloging Understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data integration techniques Test Automation capabilities with ability to develop human readable Living Documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
