As a Data Protection Operations Manager, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our privacy landscape, ensuring our business practices align seamlessly with UK GDPR and international privacy regulations.

As our Data Protection Operations Manager, you\'ll lead a team of dedicated Data Protection Analysts and collaborate closely with our Information Risk Manager and Data Protection Officer. Your responsibilities include:

\xf0\x9f\x94\x92 Maturing Individual Rights Processes:

• Upholding and enhancing processes for handling data subject requests.
• Monitoring the Data Protection inbox and collaborating with stakeholders to address queries.
• Identifying and escalating complex privacy-related queries to ensure swift resolution.

\xf0\x9f\x9a\x80 Business-wide Privacy Leadership:

• Supporting the Information Risk Manager on transformative projects, embedding privacy by design principles.
• Identifying and managing data privacy risks across the organization.

\xf0\x9f\x93\x88 Process Optimization and Compliance:

• Maintaining process inventories and facilitating regular reviews with Data Protection leadership.
• Conducting reviews of cookie practices on Evri websites and ensuring compliance.

\xf0\x9f\x8c\x90 Knowledge and Awareness:

• Ensuring a deep understanding of data protection requirements across the business.
• Facilitating the annual review and approval of Data Protection policies to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A foundation level Data Protection qualification/certificate.
• CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM, or other relevant certifications (desirable).
• Experience with UK GDPR/DPA/PECR and the ability to interpret diverse data sets.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, logistics industry experience is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a privacy role, with excellent technical and people skills.
