Join our Client Services Operations team as a Data Publication Oversight Analyst and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting of performance figures and costs. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your analytical skills and attention to detail will help maintain high standards of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.


What you'll be doing:

Performing periodic processes in line with standard operating procedures and policies Overseeing accurate data publication across external platforms such as FE Fundinfo, Bloomberg, and WM Daten Supporting new product and fund launches by ensuring robust publication processes Maximising the use of KNEIP's PPC dashboards to enhance oversight and decision-making Monitoring and maintaining process documentation to ensure alignment with compliance requirements Investigating and resolving reporting exceptions to prevent reoccurrence Monitoring and resolving publication issues to maintain data quality and continuity Supporting change management projects to deliver value-added solutions

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively Excellent PC skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Ability to follow procedures, identify issues, and ensure resolution Experience managing large datasets (advantageous) Strong communication and client service skills Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and work independently Knowledge of financial services industry (advantageous)
