About The Role



Every day, over 16,000 advisers come to our clients' companies to help deliver outstanding advice for their partners in wealth, mortgages and protection. You'll play a vital part in ensuring that the data they see is up-to-date and accurate.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be preparing source data, checking for potential errors and entering data onto our internal system, according to our Standard Operating Procedures, and agreed SLA's. You'll need people skills to liaise with our partners to verify and clarify data, as well communicating with internal and external partners. This role requires precision and attention to detail to effectively ensure accuracy of data, keep information confidential, and thoroughly test our system after updates.

Who You Are

An eagle-eye for detail; if something doesn't look quite right, you'll be the first to spot it Confidence with data entry and information checking, with a head for numbers You're a comfortable communicator, good at talking to people and asking the right questions Curious about how things work and proactive enough to figure out how they could be better Calm under pressure, organised, and able to manage your own workload A team player who values getting things right over rushing things out
As a minimum, we require a GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent). The ideal candidate already has data entry experience and an interest in pursuing a career in data.
