The Opportunity:
This role provides an excellent opportunity to build Reporting & Analytics solutions that meets the needs of Global Financial Services (GFS), working closely with the Markets, the Financial Service Partners, the Commercial Reporting & Analytics teams and other central functions

Working as part of the GFS Analytics Centre of Excellence team during a time of unprecedented transformation you will be supporting the strategic vision to take data from its 40+ finance partners across 25+ markets and move from hindsight (reporting) to foresight (predictive analytics)

As the GFS Data Reporting & Tableau Specialist you will use your data & Tableau skills to create & maintain dashboards and reports which bring performance to life enabling end users to quickly understand what the data is telling them and supporting them in making informed decisions.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The Role:

  • Translating business requirements into a tangible, robust and well-documented products with a smooth UI/UX experience. The business can then use these products to drive performance and improve decision making.
  • Identifying, analysing and interpreting trends in complex data sets, using statistics to deliver robust and accurate results in the face of variable data quality.
  • Communicate and present their work to a high standard to peers and senior leadership team with the ability to present complex solutions in an effective way.
  • Work closely with the markets to support them with Tableau usability and data queries.
  • Work closely with the markets to collate their data inputs in a timely manner and meeting SLAs for reporting outputs.
  • Continually developing their data skills and seeking new solutions to problems
  • An individual who is resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, able to deliver results under pressure, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
WHAT YOU\'LL NEED
Experience Required :
  • A passion for data visualisation in Tableau (and/or other methods such as Looker, Power BI etc.) combined with UI/UX experience.
  • Competent with SQL, preferably in cloud environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • An ability to turn data into a report or dashboard at a fast pace ready to take on stakeholder feedback to improve functionality and usability.
  • A curiosity for finding solutions to problems.
