Position: HRIS Data Specialist
Location: London City
Salary: \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa355,000K per annum plus outstanding benefits

We are a leading Renewable Energy provider on the verge of a thrilling expansion. As an HRIS Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our journey by ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our HR systems.

The Role
As our HRIS Data Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our global HR Operations, working closely with the Group Operations/HR Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

System Implementation

  • Be at the forefront of system and process workshops, shaping our HRIS configuration.
  • Dive into data cleansing, preparation, and loading while ensuring data integrity.
  • Become the HRIS superuser, supporting HR in process design and system configuration.
  • Manage testing processes, from creation to resolution.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition during system cutover and go-live activities.
HRIS and Process Development
  • Continue to enhance our system by rolling out additional modules.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to HR teams on system utilization.
  • Monitor and audit system usage to maintain data accuracy and best practices.
  • Forge and manage vendor relationships for issue resolution and future enhancements.
  • Keep up to date with HR system updates, assessing their applicability and priority.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive process efficiency and automation.
  • Lead automation projects and deliver system training with self-help resources.
HR Data, Reporting & Metrics:
  • Maintain control and governance of people data while addressing new HR system requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and the business to generate insightful reports.
  • Contribute to ongoing development and automation of HR metrics reporting.
  • Step up to any other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
  • HR/Operations experience. (ideally 5 years plus)
  • Ideally CIPD Qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing HRIS, preferably Sage People.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills.
  • Strong team orientation with high levels of professionalism, self-motivation, and time management.
