Nature of the Work

The D3 group is a central team that supports all areas of the enterprise. At any given time, there will be dozens of R&D projects in progress. As part of D3, you will join a team assigned to one of these projects, where you and your teammates will work together to solve a complex problem. Projects can range from developing a text recognition model to help insurance adjusters settle claims, to creating a neural net to recognize and categorise storm damage.
