What's the Job?



We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support our Data and Stock Control Team.

You will work closely with a number of departments to ensure smooth stock management. We will need you to do the following:

Data entry and alignment in company's ERP system Review and check packing lists against purchase orders to ensure cost prices and quantities are correct Manage stock receipts and transfers to multiple warehouse locations in a timely manner, paying close attention to drop dates, working with all warehouses and managers Work with Development & Production teams to create orders with suppliers for product trims and fabrics Calculate the impact of trims and fabric purchases on overall product cost price Create Purchase Orders for Bulk Stock Create sales orders and shipping documents for partners and seeding orders for cobranded partners Support team with B2B orders in Shopify and BC sales orders Work closely with the accounts team to resolve invoicing queries related to stock and unit pricing Support the wider operations team with administrative and data entry tasks as needed
This role is office based; the office is open from 10am to 6pm and we'll need you here Monday to Friday for 35 hours per week.

Who are we looking for?



We need you to have a keen eye for detail, be a multi-tasking, super-organiser and have previous experience in an administrative role. You will be responsible for a number of timeline reporting items, so you need to be able to deliver something on time, in a fast-paced environment.

We would like you to have the following skills and experience:

Excellent working knowledge of Excel Understanding of Google suite products Experience of stock control processes preferred Data entry experience preferred Experience of ERP systems preferred Accounting experience will be an advantage Experience of working in the fashion industry will be an advantage
