We're seeking a Data, Systems & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team at RVA Surveyors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analysing data and generating reports that drive strategic decision-making within our organization.

This is a full time permanent position but we would consider part time for the right candidate.

Duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to;



Data Analysis and Reporting



Develop, manage, and distribute regular performance reports: Not limited to;

Daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering KPIs like call volumes and performance (Hourly and Daily).

Reports for specific teams, Property Advisors , Consultants and campaigns.

Trend analysis:

- Analyse historical data to identify patterns and trends in call centre performance.

- Predict future trends, making recommendations for staffing, training, and process improvements.

Ad-hoc reporting:

- Create custom reports upon management request for deeper insights into operational performance, customer behaviour and agent performance.

Systems Management



Call Centre technology and tools administration:

- Oversee call centre reporting systems, CRM platforms, Power BI

- Ensure systems are running efficiently and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

System upgrades and integration:

- Collaborate with IT to implement software upgrades and ensure smooth system integration between tools.

Data quality assurance:

- Perform regular audits on data accuracy and integrity to ensure reliable reporting.

Business Intelligence and Insights



KPI monitoring and improvement:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as performance by postcode and data-set.

Provide recommendations for operational improvements:

- Use data analysis to suggest actionable steps that management can take to improve call centre processes, such as data usage and collation.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication



Work with cross-functional teams:

- Partner with workforce management, quality assurance, and operations teams to understand reporting needs and ensure accurate data delivery.

- Collaborate with team leaders to optimise reporting based on specific needs.

Present data findings to stakeholders:

- Prepare presentations and reports for management, using visualisation tools to make data insights accessible.

- Participate in weekly or monthly meetings to present data and findings to stakeholders.

Data Governance and Compliance



Maintain data privacy and security protocols:

- Ensure that all reporting and data handling complies with company policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR.

Data storage and archival:

- Manage historical data storage for future reference and regulatory compliance.

Daily Duties



Data Collection and Extraction:

- Pull data from various systems and compile it into meaningful reports.

- Perform data validation checks to ensure data integrity.

Reporting:

- Produce and distribute daily performance reports for management, focusing on KPIs such as previous days performance.

- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from management or operations teams.

System Monitoring and Maintenance:

- Monitor system performance to identify any issues with call routing, reporting tools, or integrations.

- Address system errors or failures with the IT team to minimise downtime.

Troubleshooting:

- Resolve reporting discrepancies or data inconsistencies by liaising with IT or system vendors.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Respond to inquiries from managers or team leaders regarding report details, analysis, or trends.

Requirements to succeed within the position;



Technical Skills:



- Proficiency with reporting tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, endesk, the role will require pro-active upskilling of candidate using all available training materials/methods available for CRM system - OPUS/Superoffice

Analytical Skills:



- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.

Communication Skills:



- Ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills:



- Aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues and resolving system-related problems.

Attention to Detail:



- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.33 per week
