Job Title: Database Manager



Location: Hybrid, Home/London Office



Hours of work: 35 hours per week



Salary : 40,000 per annum



Reporting to: Head of Fundraising

Premier, Europe's largest Christian media organisation, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Database Manager to take ownership of our core fundraising CRM and outbound calling platform. In this pivotal role, you'll help ensure the integrity, security, and effective use of our supporter data, directly supporting our mission to help people encounter God through media.

Role Overview



In this role you will:



Oversee daily management and maintenance of our fundraising CRM database (Raiser's Edge), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity Manage data imports/exports, data cleansing, deduplication, and TPS screening of phone numbers Create and implement data protocols, templates, and best practices for high-quality data management Prepare data files for communications, marketing, and fundraising activity Produce reports, set up dashboards, and support ad hoc data requests Train and support staff in database best practice; line manage the Database Officer Support with database upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new CRM functionality Collaborate with colleagues and support operational goals across the organisation
