As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their daily lives, promoting their independence and well-being in accordance with their individual support plans and the Care Quality Commission's (CQC) key standards.
No prior experience is necessary!

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
? Assisting clients with personal care, daily activities, and promoting their independence.
? Supporting communication, personal skills development, and educational needs.
? Encouraging clients to engage with the local community and lead fulfilling lives.
? Working collaboratively with Team Leaders and Management to deliver safe and effective care.
? Participating in the development and review of client support plans.
? Promptly reporting any concerns regarding a client's health or well-being.
? Maintaining accurate and person-centred client records.
? Understanding and adhering to health and safety regulations and emergency procedures.
? Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
? Utilising digital health and social care software effectively (strong digital skills are desirable).
