We are seeking an experienced and dynamic day Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Fluency in English , experience with CQC, writing of care plan and assessment will be highly advantageous. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise centre staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organisational goals
Analyse centre performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management
Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate training programmes and professional development initiatives for staff
Oversee daily administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies
Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions
Requirements
Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a centre or similar environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
Excellent communication skills in both English is preferred
Analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in client relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service
Organised, proactive, with strong problem-solving capabilities
Previous experience supervising staff is essential; leadership qualities are highly valued
