What We're Looking For:
A valid and clear
NMC PIN
A genuine interest in working within the care home sector
Satisfactory police check and POVA list clearance (where applicable)
Previous supervisory experience in a care home (beneficial but not essential)
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering safe and effective nursing care, including
medication rounds, wound care, PEG feeds, and catheter care
Communicating effectively at all levels and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation
Leading and supporting the care team, working hands-on when needed
Updating and evaluating individual care plans
Working varied shift patterns in line with service needs
(Optional) Using PCS - experience is beneficial but not essential
