Day Nurse - Immediate Start (Within 4 Weeks)

We are seeking an

outstanding Day Nurse

to join our friendly, care home in Birmingham. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe, smooth, and efficient day shifts while delivering high-quality care to our residents.

to provide staff with opportunities to develop their skills through funded Level 4, and 5 qualifications.

What We're Looking For:

A valid and clear

NMC PIN

A genuine interest in working within the care home sector Satisfactory police check and POVA list clearance (where applicable) Previous supervisory experience in a care home (beneficial but not essential)

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering safe and effective nursing care, including

medication rounds, wound care, PEG feeds, and catheter care

Communicating effectively at all levels and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation Leading and supporting the care team, working hands-on when needed Updating and evaluating individual care plans Working varied shift patterns in line with service needs (Optional) Using PCS - experience is beneficial but not essential
