About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join a reputable nursing home in Heathfield. As a Day Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred care and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice are maintained throughout the home.Responsibilities
Provide safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to residents. Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation. Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care. Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in condition. Support and mentor junior staff to ensure best practice is followed. Maintain compliance with NMC and CQC standards at all times.
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
with an activeNMC PIN
. Previous experience in anursing home setting
