About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated
Senior Staff Nurse (RGN)
to join a well-established nursing home in Ballynahinch. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and professional nurse who is passionate about providing the highest standard of care to residents in a supportive and person-centred environment.Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines. Lead and support the care team to ensure effective delivery of care plans. Administer medication safely and maintain accurate documentation. Monitor residents' health and respond to changes promptly. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote residents' wellbeing. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
Requirements
Must be a
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
with a validNMC PIN
.Previous experience in a nursing home
is essential. Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for elderly and person-centred care.Benefits
