Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia.
Administer medication safely and accurately.
Lead shifts, supervising care staff and ensuring smooth handovers.
Carry out assessments, care planning, and evaluations.
Ensure compliance with NMC standards, CQC requirements, and company policies.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
Previous experience in a dementia or EMI setting is desirable.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and work independently when required.
A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
