We are seeking a dynamic and organised Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our educational and childcare programs. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily activities, support staff and families, and maintain a welcoming environment for children of various ages.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for early childhood development, and experience working with children with diverse needs.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with parents and staff.
Support classroom activities by coordinating supplies, materials, and lesson plans in collaboration with Practitoners.
Assist in maintaining a safe environment by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and first aid procedures.
Facilitate effective classroom management by supporting behavior management strategies and promoting positive interactions among children.
Oversee the organisation of daycare routines such as meal times, naps, and transitions to ensure a smooth flow throughout the day.
Maintain detailed records related to childhood development milestones, attendance, incident reports, and health documentation.
Skills
Knowledge of early childhood education
Experience working with children across different age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with disabilities.
Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety in emergency situations.
Understanding of special education needs and inclusive practices for children with disabilities or developmental delays.
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members through clear communication and teamwork skills.
