Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our nursery setting, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to the job role. The hours are 2 hours per day from 6pm-8pm - Monday to Friday. Our head office is also located a 60 second walk away in High Green Court with an additional 1 hour clean - 2 times a week.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas. Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dirt or debris. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or malfunctions. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and feedback.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
