We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the daily operations of our day nursery. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, while assisting the manager in delivering high-quality early childhood education. Duties

Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery Support staff in implementing educational programmes that promote children's development and wellbeing Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive and professional working environment Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure environment for children and staff Engage with children through play, activities, and learning experiences that support their individual needs Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's development Contribute to the development of policies and procedures aligned with early childhood education standards

Experience

Proven management experience within a childcare setting or nursery environment Extensive experience working with children, preferably within early childhood education Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in nursery care Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience with children who have special needs or additional requirements is advantageous

Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
