Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Day Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This position requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively and work independently.
Duties
Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces. Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly. Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces as required. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organised. Collaborate with the facilities team to uphold safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting materials or supplies. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently. A proactive attitude with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
