Part-Time - 28 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm)

About the Role:

As an Activities Leader, you will play a key role in supporting adults with learning disabilities during their time at our day service. While similar to a Support Worker position, this role focuses on

planning and delivering engaging activities

and offering day-to-day support in a meaningful and person-centred way.

Activities may include:
Arts & Crafts
Drama sessions
Community outings and day trips
Baking and other creative or life-skill activities

You will help individuals develop independence, confidence, and social connections, while also ensuring all care practices follow our training, CQC guidelines, and internal policies. Full training is provided -- no previous experience is necessary.
