We are currently seeking a

Lead Instructor

to join our dedicated team. This hands-on role involves supporting clients during the day, supervising a team of staff, planning daily activities, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.



This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is kind and compassionate with excellent communication and organisation skills.

What you'll do



Lead and motivate a team of support staff in delivering person-centred care Develop and implement activity programmes tailored to individual needs. Support individuals with personal care (where required) and day-to-day tasks Monitor and record outcomes, ensuring health and safety and safeguarding protocols are followed Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider team

What we're looking for




We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker with a strong background in adult social care. The ideal candidate will be confident leading a team, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support, and must hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. A willingness to motivate and support other members of staff is essential, along with flexibility and a "can do" attitude to get stuck in where needed.

Important Information

ur location is not on a public transport route

. Please note that to be considered for this role, you must have a full UK driving licence as you will be required to transport individuals to and from activities.



You will also hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
