Job Overview:

We are currently seeking someone to join our team in our meat preparation department. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of food safety and if you have previous experience in a food production environment all the better. However, you will receive full training from our experienced employees.

Responsibilities

You will be picking, preparing and packing a variety of meat products according to the customer orders. You will be trained to operate our meat production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures. Quality is important to Cooper Foods and you will be trained to check that the quality of our products are of the highest standard for our customers. Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines at all times. Keep work areas clean and organised.

Experience

Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Understanding of food safety practices and procedures is advantageous.
