Job Summary:
We are seeking to employ compassionate Support Workers to provide a variety of activities to support adults with learning disabilities within our day care setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enabling people to reach their full potential.

Duties:
- Assist people to experience a range of daily activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to people
- Monitor and report changes in peoples health wellbeing or behaviour
- Follow support plans and ensure people's needs are met
- Maintain a nurturing and safe environment for people and colleagues

Skills:
- Experience with this field of work is desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with people who use the service, families, and staff
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when assisting people
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
