Day Support Worker
to join our friendly team. In this rewarding role, youll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs to live fulfilling, independent lives within a day service setting.What youll do:
Support individuals with daily routines, personal development, and social activities. Encourage independence, confidence, and community participation. Plan and take part in engaging sessions such as arts, cooking, exercise, or outings. Provide personal care and emotional support where required. Keep accurate records and contribute to person-centred support plans.
About you:
Caring, patient, and respectful approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and committed to promoting dignity and inclusion. Previous care experience is helpful but not essential full training provided.
