Summary

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team at The Woolstore Daycare in Northern Ireland. This vital role involves supporting the management team in delivering high-quality childcare services and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our Daycare. Your contribution will help us foster a caring and educational environment aligned with our mission to support children's growth.

Responsibilities

Assist the Daycare Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management. Support the implementation of educational programs and activities tailored to various age groups.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Foster effective communication with parents, staff, and external partners.
Contribute to staff training and development initiatives.
Help maintain a welcoming and nurturing environment for children. Support administrative tasks related to daycare management.

Qualification;

2 years

experience in childcare or early childhood education, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
Valid driving license is preferred for school collections
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare settings.
Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
