Priory Hospital Bristol are looking for a Lead DBT Therapist to join the team on a part time basis working 18.75 hours per week. The salary is 26780 per annum depending on experience.

What you'll be doing





You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients' wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As Lead DBT Therapist, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.Supported by a compassionate team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurses, and mental health professionals committed to your well-being. Personalised approach using proven therapies to help you build confidence and a healthier, more fulfilling future. Work schedule is 3-4 days per week. This is a face-to-face role requiring in-person attendance.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering a specialist therapeutic service for individuals requiring Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) interventions. This role carries significant leadership responsibilities, including contributing to the continued development and expansion of the DBT service at Priory Hospital Bristol. The post holder will promote program fidelity and ensure team adherence by providing guidance and support across all modes of treatment. They will also monitor client outcomes, collaborate closely with primary therapists, and drive ongoing service improvement.

Desirable qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in DBT (British Isles DBT Training) or, at minimum, completion of intensive DBT training through the British Isles DBT.#
