Join our high-performing Channel Marketing team and help shape the future of Defined Contribution (DC) and workplace savings at Legal & General. As DC Channel Marketing Manager, you'll lead strategic, integrated marketing initiatives that drive commercial outcomes and elevate our brand in a competitive market. This is a fantastic opportunity to work cross-functionally with talented colleagues across Investment, Distribution, and Product teams, while empowering a virtual team of marketing specialists.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned to business goals
Collaborating with virtual teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and client communications
Managing stakeholder relationships across senior leadership and business divisions
Creating and maintaining compelling sales enablement materials and digital content
Overseeing thought leadership initiatives including webinars, articles and client updates
Monitoring and benchmarking competitor activity to inform campaign enhancements
Ensuring compliance with brand, regulatory and governance standards
Tracking performance metrics and reporting on campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
Proven experience in marketing within the asset management sector
Strong understanding of the DC and workplace savings market
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging marketing content
Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels
Ability to manage budgets and monitor campaign ROI
A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong project management skills
A degree or equivalent experience; industry accreditation (e.g. IMC) is a plus
