Purpose of the Role

As a

DC Operative - Returns

, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service they expect from Tredz. You'll work collaboratively within the Distribution Centre team to process returns efficiently, maintain a safe and clean working environment, and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7am until 3.30pm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivering Team Performance & Customer Promise

Accurately and efficiently process customer returns to meet the 48-hour service level agreement. Collaborate with team members to achieve KPIs and uphold the Tredz Customer Promise. Flexibly rotate across key operational areas including

Warranty

. Organise and photograph inventory for sale. Write basic product sales templates for attractive, clear listings. Answer email enquiries regarding the store and merchandise.

2. Maintaining a Safe, Clean & Supportive Environment

Follow all health and safety procedures and report hazards or near misses promptly. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines such as Standard Operating Procedures. Follow company policies and procedures. Participate in regular safety training sessions

Skills/Experiences & Qualifications Requirements:

An individual with excellent MS office and IT skills, specifically proficient in Excel (essential).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in working in a fast-faced environment A proactive and flexible team player. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs. Passion for creating a positive work environment. Previous experience in a warehouse or returns environment is desirable but not essential.
