The Day to Day

You'll support Tyre Fitters based at dealerships around Birmingham. Inducting new starters, coaching and conducting appraisals--your focus will be on improving skills and motivating your team. You'll help create workplaces where people can thrive in a safe environment.

Who we're looking for

You might have worked as a supervisor in a previous fast-fit role. But if you're stepping up to this role, you'll know how to run a tyre bay inside out and be able show others how it's done. Knowledgeable of Health & Safety, correct working procedures and equipment, you'll be able to establish yourself as the go-to person for queries relating to how we work.
