The University of Northampton is seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to the post of Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology. Proudly multi-disciplinary, FAST brings together the STEAM subjects, and supports excellence in education, research and knowledge exchange. As Dean, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and long-term future of the Faculty. You will be committed to bringing out the best in people, and driving a culture of ambition, respect, supportiveness and co-creation where both students and staff feel able to contribute and valued. You will foster an environment that adapts to and meets the challenges of the present and future. Working collaboratively with staff and students, you will promote individual and collective success within the University. You will have demonstrable experience gained within a higher education senior leadership role, in staff leadership, student experience and budget management. You will have built high performing diverse teams and be adept at successful strategic planning and the delivery of transformational change. Also essential to success in this role will be your alignment with our values.
