Competitive salary

: 25,500-28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Realistic OTE

: 32,000-35,000 per annum (bonus/commission plan)

About the role:

As a Debt Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide accurate, balanced and honest advice to customers. Working within our vibrant Birchwood office in Warrington, you'll:

Speak to potential customers about their financial situation, complete a full assessment, and recommend the most appropriate debt solution. Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure they have all necessary information to apply. Process new applications for debt solutions and handle ongoing support. Stay up to date with training and regulatory changes to maintain high-quality advice. Use our Angel Agent Tool to manage contacts and meet first-contact and enquiry-response KPIs. Ensure all advice is clear, fair and in the customer's best interests.

Hours and Shifts

5 shifts per week (Mon-Fri): 3 x 09:00-17:00 and 2 x 11:00-19:00. Saturday cover required (on a flexible 1-in-4 rota) -- paid as overtime.

Previous experience as a

Debt Advisor

(essential) Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills -- both written and verbal (letters, emails, SMS, and phone calls) Confidence, empathy, and a caring, professional approach to customer support The ability to multitask, manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and use your initiative A genuine drive to learn, develop, and progress within the team
