The position will be within the DCM Origination team based in London as a key product group within the Investment Banking division. DCM is in charge of origination and execution of public and private capital markets transactions for clients including investment grade corporates, financial institutions, sovereign, supranational and agencies and equity sponsors largely in relation to non-recourse infrastructure project financings in the capital markets ("Project Bonds").
The position will serve as a key member of the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, with primary responsibilities including advising infrastructure funds and financial sponsors on capital market take-out solutions, such as US private placements (USPP) and project bonds, primarily in the EMEA region. He/she will be a senior member of the DCM product line and be expected to liaise with other regional coverage and sector teams, as well as the broader DCM global team .
Working in coordination with coverage and sector teams globally, he/she will lead the upgrading of dialogue with clients to establish Natixis as a candidate for bookrunner and lead DCM roles.
Main Responsibilities
Work closely with the infrastructure finance, financial sponsor coverage, capital structure and ratings advisory teams to advise on capital markets solutions focused on clients primarily based in the UK, Europe and Middle East
Increase commercial client marketing intensity of infrastructure project bonds (USPP and 144a/Regs) and select corporate USPP clients
Manage the origination, structuring, execution and placement of USPP and infrastructure project bonds primarily for EMEA clientele
Assess regional institutional investor demand and maintain an active dialogue with key buyside relationships
Liaise with global markets and bond syndicate to obtain pricing information in secondary markets and assist with special ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Coordinate marketing content with specialized sector and product teams, including the green sustainable hub and capital structure and ratings advisory teams, to deliver value-enhancing client content
Coordinate with DCM colleagues in Paris/New York/Dubai/Hong Kong/Sydney/Tokyo to stay up-to-speed on market developments and, where relevant, identify client opportunities
Coordinate with internal and external parties for DCM processes (internal management, general counsel, compliance, risk management, joint underwriters, accountants and rating agencies)
Provide information to support senior management monitoring market conditions and trends
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Strong knowledge of infrastructure finance and debt capital markets including US private placements, project bonds
Significant deal experience, notably in the digital infrastructure space
Excellent written and oral communication skills
