As a Debt Recovery Agent, you will handle inbound calls and assisting customers in finding realistic solutions. Your responsibilities will include assessing income and expenditure, setting sustainable payment arrangements and helping customers stay on track in resolving their indebtedness to our local authority clients. We provide full training, and you will work towards an industry recognised accreditation. Successful candidates will: Have a good English Language skills Possess excellent communication skills and telephone manner Be committed to helping customers Have basic MS Office skills Be resilient and keen to learn and succeed .
