Your new role
You will be dealing with all complex internal debt queries and advise on general legal matters. You will be prepared to do some commercial litigation work and manage non-payment of funds and issuing civil proceedings against non-paying clients and dealing with with enforcement if required and review and action plan any outstanding fees.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (at least 2 PQE)
- Experience of debt collection litigation and Social Care law,
- Local Government law knowledge and administration, and advocacy experience in the Magistrates and County Courts would be advantageous.
- Literacy and numeracy. Communication skills - written and oral
