We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our expanding portfolio of decarbonisation projects.

This is a key leadership role, ensuring our housing retrofit and energy efficiency projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and in full compliance with all industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of multiple retrofit and decarbonisation projects particularly within the social housing sector.

Oversee contract negotiation, pre-construction planning, and project delivery.

Ensure full compliance with ECO4, PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and all relevant funding/legislative requirements.

Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners. Monitor contract performance including programme, cost control, variations, and quality. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring a first-class customer experience. Drive continuous improvement and champion sustainability across projects.

About You:

Proven track record as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager stepping up) in social housing retrofit and decarbonisation schemes.

Strong working knowledge of ECO4 frameworks, PAS 2030/2035 compliance, retrofit assessments and coordination.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple, concurrent projects.
