Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry and joinery, with the ability to fabricate and assemble various structures, including roofs and other wooden components. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as the capability to perform heavy lifting and masonry tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various joinery tasks. Perform heavy lifting as required during the assembly of large components. Collaborate with other tradespeople, to ensure a seamless service Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the fabrication or installation process.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter with a strong understanding of joinery techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Familiarity with masonry work is advantageous but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid qualifications or certifications in carpentry or joinery are preferred.
