As a Bespoke Cabinet Maker/Bench Joiner, you will be integral to crafting high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery solutions. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your core skills in hand tools, carpentry, and joinery will be essential in executing precise designs.

ENTRY LEVEL:

General Assembly / Cabinet Maker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Cabinetmaker to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to start their career in woodworking and cabinetmaking. Responsibilities include assisting with assembly, sanding, and finishing tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.

While no prior experience is required, basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to learn are essential. This position offers hands-on training and an excellent opportunity to grow within the company.

EXPERIENCED:

Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner

Join our team as a skilled Mid-Level Cabinetmaker, where you will bring your experience in cabinetmaking and bench joinery to life. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and assembling high-quality cabinetry, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precise measurements.

A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required. We are looking for someone who can work independently while contributing to team projects.

SENIOR LEVEL:

Bespoke Bench Joiner / Premium Cabinet Maker

We are hiring a Senior Cabinetmaker/Bench Joiner with exceptional craftsmanship and skill to fulfil bespoke woodworking projects.

This position requires extensive experience in cabinetmaking and advanced joinery techniques. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, ensuring quality control, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with designers and clients to achieve tailored results. If you are a master of your craft and thrive on creating one-of-a-kind pieces, we want you on our team.

Ad Hoc Duties:

General organisation of work area. Working with the Design/Drafting team on practicalities of new concepts/bespoke pieces. Possible on-site fitting/snagging occasional work.
Salary Terms:

Salary will be based on experience, and applicable role filled.
Definite Requirements:

Workshop experience on bench joinery and/or cabinet making.
Desirable Qualities/Skills:

Clean driving licence. Forklift safety/handling accreditation. CAD / CnC experience. Polishing/painting/spraying experience.
