Job Title:

Dedicated Contract Support Officer

Shift Pattern: Various - Days nights & weekends with a minimum of 16 shifts per month.

Rate:

14.33 per hour

Unitrust Protection Services (UK) Ltd have an exciting opportunity available for a Dedicated Contract Support Officer to join our team. The role would involve you being trained on several sites across our London portfolio but primarily based on one site based on shift availability. The one site you would be primarily based at is located at Canary Wharf.


In return, you will receive highly competitive hourly rates subject to the sites you will work across.

Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to staff and visitors Take an active interest in, and give commitment to the client and tenants Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation Promote the client, tenants other service providers positively to all you come in to contact with by providing an excellent customer journey Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks or challenges Be highly presentable, accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or allocated Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face or any other medium; is clear, courteous, polite, professional and respectful Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information is paramount Appropriate use of CCTV/access control and any other electronic management system, and completion of reports and documentation in a timely fashion Completion of rostered duties and all associated tasks or responsibilities to the highest possible standard Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed and do not undertake any activity which could breach the SIA or other relevant regulations. To complete any other reasonable task as instructed by your line manager or other Senior Manager, either Unitrust or at the request of the Client and/or tenants To support internal and external audit processes from Unitrust Security representatives, Client/Tenant Representatives, the SIA, any other relevant body with a relevant interest and valid reason for inspection or compliance checks To act with integrity and in the best interests of the company in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner To be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments, always dealing with any conflict with a respectful and empathic approach. Be prepared to manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people, and challenges Act in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and our Code of Conduct

Security Specific Responsibilities:

Welcome ad assist staff, clients, tenants, and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas Check identity and credentials of staff, contractors and visitors where required Work with all colleagues to ensure the integrity of security on the site Early identification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises, or property, escalating where appropriate to do so Have an outstanding knowledge of the premises (inside and external) and able to assist staff, clients, tenants, and visitors with their queries Direct all deliveries as required (to the Loading Bay) and at times you will be covering the Loading Bay position Record details of ay suspected criminal activity on the premises (internal and external); commencing investigative procedures prior to onward reporting where necessary. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff, visitors, tenants, service providers and clients Have good knowledge of the local area to be able to answer queries regarding local transport links or services in the area for example.
