Willmott Dixon is looking for bright, ambitious individuals to join our Degree Apprenticeship programme (Management Trainee) in Site Management within our Construction London & East team, working on exciting projects in north London, the northern home counties and East Anglia.
This is more than just a first job in construction, it's a launch pad for future leaders. Our program gives you real responsibility from day one, structured learning, and the chance to help shape communities through the buildings we deliver.
About the Role
As a Site Management Trainee, you will be directly involved in construction management and site operations. You will be working with Willmott Dixon colleagues and our supply chain partners to plan and manage the construction processes on-site to ensure that our projects are delivered to our customers defect free, completed safely, on time and on budget.
Our programme will give you a great foundation; you will get exposure to many areas of our business through placements in different disciplines such as Quantity Surveying, Estimating and Design Management to develop your understanding of the construction business as a whole and not just your chosen specialism of Site Management.
Our Degree Apprenticeship programme is 4 to 5 years in duration (depending upon your qualification/experience) and will give you the chance to earn while you learn and give you valuable work experience alongside part-time study for a qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon. Upon graduation from the programme, you will progress into an Assistant Site Manager role.
