Delegate Marketing Executive
and become a vital part of our high-performing Events Team. You'll play a key role in securing attendance from top-tier executives for our exclusive, residential B2B conferences across the Public and Private Sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
Personally invite senior-level executives (CEOs, Directors, and more) to attend our high-impact events on a complimentary basis.
Drive engagement through outreach on the phone, LinkedIn, and personalised email.
Craft compelling messaging that communicates why our events are not to be missed.
Maintain accurate contact and activity records in our CRM system.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, programme design, and sponsorship sales teams.
Support seamless event delivery onsite, ensuring every delegate has an exceptional experience.
What You Bring to the Table
You're confident, competitive, and persuasive.
You have a hunger to hit KPIs and outperform targets.
You're a fast learner, self-starter, and enthusiastic communicator.
You're a team player with commercial awareness and a sharp focus on results.
Experience in delegate acquisition, sales, or events is a big plus--but not essential.
No formal qualifications required.
