About the Role

We're now looking for a driven and adaptable Sales Executive to join our commercial team. In this role, you'll sell into a mix of our live events, memberships and industry-leading learning solutions, across London, Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York and more.


Whether you're selling seats to our world-class conferences or closing large-scale certification deals with teams at Microsoft, TikTok, and HubSpot, you'll be a key contributor to our revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Engaging Decision-Makers:

You'll speak directly with VPs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders at some of the world's top tech companies to drive deals across certifications, memberships and event tickets

Owning the Full Sales Cycle:

From prospecting and pipeline building to closing and onboarding,you'll take full ownership of your deals, meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.

Product Mastery:

You'll become an expert in our events, learning products, and wider ecosystem to provide tailored recommendations that genuinely solve customer problems.

Cross-Selling Opportunities:

Confidently pitch multiple solutions across events, certifications, and memberships to maximise value and deepen client relationships.

Customer Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with product, content, and customer success teams to feedback insights, shape strategy, and ensure seamless client experiences.

Key requirements:

You'll be determined and focused, and enjoy the challenge of hunting and closing net new business (12 months + experience in B2B sales environment is desirable) Tough targets won't scare you and you'll have a demonstrable track record of not just meeting them - but exceeding them Comfortable with pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting Confident, articulate, and willing to learn and grow within the role Strong communicator - from our customers to your colleagues, you'll be working very closely with lots of people. Team player - success doesn't happen in a vacuum, we need everyone in the org to be rallied around the same goals and helping each other out to achieve them. Aptitude for technology (previous experience using salesforce & outreach tools is a bonus)

Location:

This role is Hybrid in our London office or fully remote in the UK

Compensation

: Base Salary 25,500 - 28,000 *range depending on experience


Commissions:

Year 1 OTE 40,000 uncapped

Year 2 OTE 70,000 uncapped
