, we're redefining Reformer Pilates -- and we're looking for a

charismatic, organised Group Sales Associate

to help us grow our community across our two stunning studios in Winchester and the New Forest.

What You'll Be Doing:

Follow up leads and referrals

generated by our marketing, partnerships, and events Convert enquiries and trial visits into

new memberships or class packs

Support the onboarding of new clients, working closely with Studio Managers to deliver a warm, professional experience Communicate with the instructor team to ensure smooth handovers and client progress tracking Assist with

local outreach and on-site events

to attract new leads and build brand presence Maintain accurate admin and follow-up systems using our CRM and booking platforms

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Personal Trainer or Level 3 Pilates qualification

(required) Passion for people, wellness, and building client relationships Organised, efficient, and comfortable handling follow-up systems and sales pipelines Confident on the phone, charismatic in person, and comfortable presenting membership options A true team player who collaborates well with instructors and managers Car required - regular travel between our Winchester and Romsey locations is essential

26,000 + uncapped commission (OTE 32,000)
