Delegate Sales Executive - Kickstart Your B2B Events Career
Central London Office - Hybrid working + Travel
Salary up to 30K + Uncapped commission, OTE 55K + Benefits

Are you ambitious, confident, and ready to build a career in the fast-moving world of B2B events? As a Delegate Sales Executive, you'll be the driving force behind building high-quality audiences for conferences, summits and global events. This is more than selling tickets - you'll be connecting senior leaders, shaping conversations, and helping industries move forward.
What You'll Be Doing

• Selling delegate passes to conferences, summits, webinars and exhibitions.
• Researching industries, companies and senior decision-makers.
• Building strong relationships with C-suite and director-level contacts.
• Consulting with prospects, clearly communicating the value of attending.
• Hitting (and smashing!) sales targets.
• Working closely with teams across sponsorship, production, operations and marketing.

Who We're Looking For

• Graduates or early-career sales professionals with a passion for selling.
• Ideally, some experience in delegate sales, media sales, recruitment or tech sales.
