The Role




We're looking for a driven

Delegate Sales Team Lead

to help shape the growth of our Community Sales function. You'll bring some hands-on leadership experience, whether through mentoring, onboarding, or supporting team performance, while continuing to operate as a high-performing seller.


You'll support and coach four Sales Executives at mixed levels of experience, helping them strengthen their sales skills, stay accountable to their pipelines, and consistently deliver against targets. At the same time, you'll own your own billing target, taking responsibility for delegate and membership sales within our Marketing portfolio.


This is a true player-coach role: you'll lead by example, share best practices, and help shape team performance while continuing to sell at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead & Elevate a High-Performing Team:

You'll work closely with four Sales Executives, offering coaching, structure, and guidance to help them grow. You'll support with deal reviews, outreach approaches, and pipeline discipline, helping create a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment.

Own Your Own Portfolio:

Alongside leading the team, you'll carry your own revenue target across the Marketing portfolio, our most established community. You'll run the full sales cycle for memberships, certifications, and event delegates, combining strong inbound demand with your own proactive pipeline generation to consistently exceed targets.

Drive Team Best Practices:

You'll oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and team output, introducing simple, effective processes that boost efficiency, accountability, and overall sales performance.

Build Product Knowledge:

You'll become an expert in our events and learning products and help your team understand how to position them, handle objections, and have effective multi-product conversations.

Identify Growth Opportunities:

You'll guide the team in identifying account growth opportunities, encouraging multi-product conversations that maximise customer value and support business-wide revenue growth.

Confident working with senior stakeholders (VP, Director+) and navigating multi-product conversations. Clear communicator who builds trust internally and externally and thrives in collaborative teams. Adaptable and resilient--you enjoy solving problems in an environment that moves fast.

Location:

This role can be either Hybrid in our London office or completely remote across the UK (not abroad).


Salary:

Base Salary range 38K - 42K (*Based on previous experience)


OTE: Year 1 55,000 (uncapped) OTE based on individual target.

Growth expected in year 2 onwards
