What You'll Do



Own inbound leads from first touch to signed deal Act as a player-coach: close deals while supporting and coaching a small team Develop sales strategies to optimise conversion rates Influence how the inbound sales function grows and scales

There's a lot of room to shape this role and improve how things are done. You'll have input from day one.

What We're Looking For



Experience:

3-4+ years in a closing role (CS with commercial responsibility, Account Executive, or similar). Preferably with experience managing people.

Achievements:

Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding revenue targets.

Skills:



Strong closer Natural communicator High EQ Commercial acumen

Mindset:

Ambitious, proactive and hungry for growth.

Personality:

Energy, charisma and resilience.

Education:

No formal qualifications required - we prioritise attitude, aptitude and results.
