What Is the Opportunity? We are looking for a DA Ops Consultant to join us in our London office.
You will be responsible for reviewing all Delegated Authority EPI, Claim and Premium data. You will apply critical thinking to identify errors in the data and find solutions to ensure that the source system is accurate prior to publishing reports.
Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This entails full time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees). This policy may be changed at the Company's discretion.
What Will You Do?

  • Support the Delegated Operations Manager with delivering end-to-end bordereaux validation, payment and mapping processing for risk, claim and premium bordereaux for Travelers Delegated Portfolio.
  • Assist with the mapping and processing for risk, claim and premium bordereaux, providing SME support to our service providers, Pro Global. Including responding to bordereaux data and mapping queries in a timely fashion.
  • Support the delivery of training to our service providers and support the completion of any updates required for the Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist the wider business with data queries and compilation of report returns including monthly ELTO reporting.
  • Responsibility for reviewing all Delegated Authority EPI, Claim and Premium data. Apply critical thinking to identify errors in the data and find solutions to ensure that the source system is accurate prior to publishing reports.
  • Support the effective running of the Binder and Lineslip performance reviews. Take accurate minutes and record all actions. Be responsible for closing out or escalating all actions.
  • Assist the DASS (DA) team in the regular collection and validation of internal, market and customer documents to support the Due Diligence process.
  • Build relationships and influence with Brokers and Coverholders and internal stakeholders where appropriate.
  • You will need to achieve or exceed agreed timeliness and accuracy service level agreements within the Syndicate as outlined within the European Operation's Service Agreement document.
  • As an employee you are expected to always act in an ethical manner. You will ensure you understand all compliance and regulatory requirements for your role by completing all necessary training and certifications.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
