Deli Counter Assistant
Job Description
Main duties -
working on a busy hot/cold deli counter
prepare orders
communicate well with customers
recommending foods and assisting customers with their choices
maintain high standards of hygiene
work closely with deli management and chefs to present and serve food
manage stock and waste
Experience and Skills -
experience within the food industry desirable
flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
attention to detail
good communication skills
be able to work as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ballymena BT43 6AR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
