Deli Counter Assistant
Job Description
The Welbeck Farm Shop are looking to add to their award-winning team with a Christmas opportunity on our Deli counters.
We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in food, who is passionate about quality produce and feels comfortable engaging with our broad customer base. Produce is sold over the counter in a traditional manner. The successful candidate will ideally have excellent customer service skills and previous experience in specialist food retail.
The role will be predominately customer service, however, will also include some food preparation, displaying of products and cleaning.
Shifts generally fall between 8am and 5:30pm, and will include weekend working.
Due to a need to use a meat slicer, candidates will need to be aged 18 or over.
Pay: 12.21 per hour
